EAP Expert Button | Description |
---|---|
New
| This button empowers you to generate a new item within any module where the feature is accessible. Choose from the drop-down list to initiate the creation of a new element in EAP Expert Cloud. |
Save
| While navigating EAP Expert Cloud, utilizing the Save button to preserve your work and seamlessly continue from your current position is crucial, as the Cloud does not automatically save your work. |
Save and Close
| Click the Save and Close button to confirm that your changes have been saved, and the system will appropriately close the file you are working on. |
Delete
| This button, when visible, will delete your current work. Exercise caution when using this function. In some cases, deleted items, such as files, may be available in the Recycle Bin, under the Tools menu, for restoration. |
| This button offers a drop-down menu for printing or previewing the print layout while navigating within an active client organization file. |
View Eligibility Map
| This button displays a list of eligible service members when active in color. If the button appears grayed out, it indicates that it is unavailable for the organization file currently open. |
View Organization History Audit | Selecting this button will generate a list detailing all changes made to this organization/group file since its creation. |
Alert/To-Do
| Empowering you to create and manage file alerts and to-dos for enhanced task management and information. Widely used in modules like Client Files, Clinical Resources, and Organization/Groups. Refer to the Alerts/To-Dos module for comprehensive management of your connected items. |
IBox
| IBox, short for Information Box, offers a rapid search function for organizations/groups. This button enables efficient access to information on covered services and benefits. |
Help
| This button connects you to essential help resources, including information about your EAP Expert Cloud system, a direct link to request a software update, access to this Knowledge Base, and the option to provide us with your valuable feedback. |
CSV Data Import
| By clicking this button, you can access comprehensive instructions and import diverse data into your EAP Expert Cloud system using a CSV file. |
Service Request
| This button is a quick shortcut to complete a service request, functioning as an expedited method for initiating a new file creation process. |
More Options
| When you spot the icon featuring three horizontal dots, hover over it to reveal additional buttons within the module you are working in. |
Export | This feature is available on the module search, which enables users to transfer search results to various file formats, including Excel, PDF, CSV, and more, facilitating convenient data management and sharing. |
Organization Hierarchy
