Unlock the power of seamless communication with MyAPP's messaging feature!
Now, you can send messages directly to your contacts at an organization, ensuring they receive important updates on their dashboard. It's like having a direct line of communication that keeps everyone in the loop and enhances collaboration.
In this guide, we’ll review:
Send a message to a provider(s) via MyAPP
While navigating through various tabs within the MyAPP integration, you'll find the ‘Message History’ tab, your hub for one-way messaging to employer contacts using the portal.
Click the Send Message to MyAPP button to initiate the message feature
Use the drop-down arrow to the right of the ‘Organization’ field to perform a keyword search for an existing employer group
Please select the correct employer by clicking the box to the left. The box will then change to a checkmark, indicating that the provider has been chosen.
You can select one or multiple providers to send this message to.
Enter the subject and message to send to the employer(s)
Click the Send Message button located on the top right to send
A record that the message sent will appear in the ‘Message History’ section of this tab
Review the sent message history
This section within the ‘Message History’ tab maintains a historical log of messages sent to providers through MyAPP.
Tip: Streamline your data management process by leveraging the functionality of column headings and filters. You can quickly sort through your data by clicking on column headings to arrange information alphabetically, numerically, or chronologically.
Additionally, utilize filters to narrow down your dataset based on specific criteria, allowing you to focus on relevant information efficiently.
Troubleshooting Information
Listed below are a few tips to assist with using the messaging feature:
Check Network Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A poor or intermittent connection may affect the sending of messages.
Verify MyAPP Portal Access: Make sure you have proper access to the employer portal. Check your login credentials and permissions to send and receive messages.
Disable Browser Extensions: Temporarily disable browser extensions that might interfere with the messaging feature. Some extensions can impact the functionality of web applications.
If issues persist, contact your system administrator(s). Provide them with specific details about the problem, including error messages, if any, for quicker resolution.
