Description

Add a New File

Add File button

This button becomes visible when working in an open client file, this button facilitates adding new files to the existing client record seamlessly, often used for managing various requests or assistance for a service member.

New

New button

 

This button empowers you to generate a new item within any module where the feature is accessible. Choose from the drop-down list to initiate the creation of a new element in EAP Expert Cloud.

Save

Save button

 

While navigating EAP Expert Cloud, utilizing the Save button to preserve your work and seamlessly continue from your current position is crucial, as the Cloud does not automatically save your work.

Save and Close

Save and close button

 

Click the Save and Close button to confirm that your changes have been saved, and the system will appropriately close the file you are working on.

Delete

Delete button

 

This button, when visible, will delete your current work. Exercise caution when using this function. In some cases, deleted items, such as files, may be available in the Recycle Bin, under the Tools menu, for restoration.

Open Related Record

When multiple files are associated with an individual, this button allows you to select and open other related files.

Print

Print button.png

 

This button offers a drop-down menu for printing or previewing the print layout while navigating within an active client organization file.

Update File With Eligibility

Use this button to synchronize the file with information from the eligibility list pertaining to the client.

Send Forms

Send Forms button

 

This button enables you to select and electronically dispatch one or multiple pre-populated assessments, questionnaires, and forms to the client for completion.

Note: This feature requires the survey and form automation add-on subscription.

Schedule

Scheduler button

 

This button serves as a direct shortcut for efficiently scheduling appointments for the client using the Scheduler tool. Please note that a case file must be open to access this functionality.

Alert/To-Do

Alert button

 

Empowering you to create and manage file alerts and to-dos for enhanced task management and information. Widely used in modules like Client Files, Clinical Resources, and Organization/Groups. Refer to the Alerts/To-Dos module for comprehensive management of your connected items.

File Utilities

File Utilities button

 

Clicking this button opens a drop-down menu offering various file management options, including merging, switching, printing, and viewing audit history.

Note: This feature’s availability is contingent upon each user's permissions, meaning you may or may not have access to it.

IBox

IBox button

 

IBox, short for Information Box, offers a rapid search function for organizations/groups. This button enables efficient access to information on covered services and benefits.

Help

Help button

 

This button connects you to essential help resources, including information about your EAP Expert Cloud system, a direct link to request a software update, access to this Knowledge Base, and the option to provide us with your valuable feedback.

CSV Data Import

CSV Data Import button

 

By clicking this button, you can access comprehensive instructions and import diverse data into your EAP Expert Cloud system using a CSV file.

Service Request

Service Request button

 

This button is a quick shortcut to complete a service request, functioning as an expedited method for initiating a new file creation process.
