Turn Off Nag / Warn Letters in Provider Claims

When denying payment or warning a provider regarding Provider Session, a letter will appear with the provider's name and other related information.  To turn off the pop up letter, please follow these steps (only users with administrator rights can perform this task):

1. To access Program Options:

a. Click on Tools

b. Click on Show Options

c. Click on Program Options

     2. Within Program Options

a. Click on Print Options

b. Click on Provider Payables

c. Click on the 'X' to remove the letter templates.

Click on Save and Close to complete your changes.
