Provider Claims - Data Export
This document provides you with instructions on how to flag your provider sessions as ‘Paid’ and then export the data as a file that can be imported in to your accounting software:
- To access ‘Provider Claims’, click on the item from the ’Navigation’ pane
- To retrieve all unpaid provider sessions and organizational service activities:
- Select ‘Unpaid’ from the ‘Payment Status’ drop down’
- Click on ‘Search’ to retrieve all of the information
- To flag all unpaid provider sessions and organizational service activities as ‘Paid’:
- Click on the first row and with your mouse, and while holding the ‘Shift’ key down, click on the last This will highlight all of the row items to be paid,
- Click on the ‘Pay Provider’ drop down in the title bar and select ‘Multiple Providers’. An ‘Invoice Number’ will be generated for each Provider, and attached to each item, as well as a ‘Claim Payment Date’.
- To view and export and all items to be paid:
- Click on ‘Clear Search Criteria’,
- Select the ‘Claim Payment Date’ (this is the date you completed step 3 above),
- Click on ‘Search’,
- In the grid results below, right-mouse click on any row and select the required file format for In the example below, CSV file is selected.
- To save the file:
- Select the folder,
- Enter the ‘File name’,
- Click on ‘Save’.
- Your file is now ready to be imported into your accounting software.
