Windows Application Minimum Desktop Hardware Requirements:

  • Intel processor gen 6th or newer

  • 8GB Memory (RAM)

  • Windows 10 or higher

  • Microsoft .Net 4.7.2 Framework

  • If using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI): 4 VCPU


EAPXCloud Minimum Desktop Hardware Requirements:

  • Intel processor gen 6th or newer

  • 8GB Memory (RAM)

  • Windows 10 or higher

  • Modern browser such as Edge, Chrome


Optional for Self Hosted Customer:


Windows Application Server Minimum Hardware Requirements:

This is for if you choose to deploy the application via a centralize application server (using a program such as Citrix / Parallels)

  • Multi-Core Processors (minimum 2-core)
  • 3GB of Memory per user
  • 2GB of Hard Disk space per user
  • Windows Server 2016 or higher
  • Microsoft .Net 4.7.2 Framework
  • If using Remote Desktop Services (RDS): 6 VCPU


Database Server Minimum Hardware Requirements:

  • Windows Server 2016 or higher
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher
  • Dual Core, Dual Xeon Processors
  • 8GB RAM
