Program Options
There are eight (8) tabs in Program Options:
1. Defaults
2. Intake Options
3. Fulfillment (Enterprise Version Only)
4. Formats
5. Print Options
6. Email Setup
7. Authorization Email Setup
8. W/L Authorization Email Setup (Enterprise Version Only)
Defaults Tab
Work/Life File Display – determines whether to display the date of the file or the file number
Required Field Color – determines the color of required fields
Default Auth Sessions – Not used (this was used to set it in the file before we brought all the info from the contract)
Days For Nag Letter – used to determine which letter to display in provider payables
Days For Warn Deny Letter – used to determine which letter to display in provider payables
Plugin Directory – used for our plugins
Directions URL – used to reference the mapping url for directions (ie. mapquest, google)
Map URL– used to reference the mapping url for directions (ie. mapquest, google)
Show Alerts In Minutes – this is the interval used to determine how often alerts should be displayed (if nothing, every 5 minutes they pop)
File Open Date Is First Session Date – this seems to be changing the case file open date to the date of the first
Max Search Results – This changes all lookup listviews / search grids to only pull back the set number of results
Contract Renewal Days – this is the number of days defaulted in every contract before they get a renewal warning. If they are within the date, and the program manager logs in, it creates an alert prompting them that the contract is up for renewal
SMTPServer – is the SMTP server for sending logs, etc.
Email Attachment Password – is the password used if you want to send encrypting emails
Default Email From Address – is the default from address used when sending any emails
Authorization Email Template – template used for sending authorization emails
Work/Life Authorization Email Template – template used for sending W/L authorization emails
MinimumIntakeActivityDuration – minimum number of time set as an activity when a file is created
MinimumCaseActivityDuration – minimum amount of time req’d before prompting the user whether they wish to add an activity (to avoid people being prompted after accidentally opening files, etc.)
DefaultContactTypeForActivities – default activity type when activity is auto created for an eap file
DefaultContactTypeForWorkLifeActivities – default activity type when activity is auto-created for a w/l file
ShowAllServicesUnderWorkLifeServiceType – Not used
AuthorizationOverridePassword – allows the user to set a password req’d when modifying existing auths, etc.
MinutesForLockOut – Used for automatic log off after period of inactivity
Date Validation Years In Past –Any date less than this will be flagged in a special color (so they are aware if they enter 1810, etc)
Date Validation Years In Future–Any date greater than this will be flagged in a special color (so they are aware if they enter 2110, etc)
DateValidationColor – color used for date validation
HoursBeforeClinicalNotesLock – sets the number of hours before you can no longer edit clinical notes
DefaultAuthorizationExpiration -
Work/Life Check-In Business Days – this defaults the W/L check-in date to the number of days in the future (takes into account holidays)
Holiday - allows you to import a .hol (outlook) from outlook so that V3 knows which days in a year are holidays (used in conjunction with WorkLifeCheckInBusinessDays)
Max. Email Attachment Size – Sets the max email attachment size before the user is warned
Default Client File Activity - allows you to create a collection of default activities. Any time you create a file (you can automatically create multiple activities based on this collection, ie. 45 minutes for intake, 15 minutes for research)
Default Intake Type – used in Work/Life Service Request Tracking – Sets the default activity for Intake time
Default Research Type – used in Work/Life Service Request Tracking – Sets the default activity for Research time
Default Referrals Type – used in Work/Life Service Request Tracking – Sets the default activity for Referral time
Default Materials Type – used in Work/Life Service Request Tracking – Sets the default activity for Materials time
Default Check-In Type – used in Work/Life Service Request Tracking – Sets the default activity for Check-In time
Default QA Type – used in Work/Life Service Request Tracking – Sets the default activity for Quality Assurance time
EAP High Risk Info – the default text used in Service Request for EAP Risk cases
Confidentiality Statement – the default text used in Service Request for the Confidentiality Statement
Country Home Phone Format – sets the Home Phone format
Country Cell Phone Format – sets the Cell Phone format
Country Work Phone Format – sets the Work Phone format
Country Fax Phone Format – sets the fax number format
Country Other Phone Format – sets the Other phone number format
Client Safety Check – the text for the client safety check in intake format
SMTP UserName – the user name for Secure SMTP email
SMTP Password – the password for Secure SMTP email
Auto Email Mode – sets the mode by which those auto emails are sent (either SMTP or Outlook)
UnitOfLengthDefault – sets the default unit of length for distance searches (KM / Miles)
RadiusDistanceDefault – sets the default radius distance for distance searches
EAP Self-Assessment – sets the default question set for the EAP Self-Assessment
At-Risk Assessment – sets the default question set for the High Risk self-assessment
Default Fulfillment Activity For Organizations – sets the default activity type for the auto-creation of organization activities when material is sent out via the publisher
Default Fulfillment Activity Text – sets the default text of the above auto-created activity
Default Recipient For Provider Alerts – sets the default recipient for provider related alerts
Zip Code Mask – sets the ZipCode Mask
Formats Tab
Users can set their phone, SSN, ZIP Code or Postal Code formats under this tab. You can select one of our predefined formats or simply create your own by clicking the <New> button
Authorization Email Setup Tab
Enter the text you would like to appear in alll your emails being sent out to your EAP providers with a PDF authorization attached.
When creating an EAP Authorization Email, MS Outlook or your SMTP Email will launch with the text you have entered in this tab.
You can enter a password to protect your Authorization .PDF attachment. This must be entered into Program Options and passed along to your providers so they can open all future attachements.
W/L Authorization Email Setup Tab (Enterprise Version Only)
Enter the text you would like to appear in alll your emails being sent out to your W/L providers with a PDF authorization attached.
