Web/Mobile CSV Import

Both the following imports utilize a CSV format file to import information into their respective sections. The CSV file must be in the format outlined. Only the fields as they are described in the format will be brought through. The files should not contain any field headers.


- Company ID* - This will match the field in Organization called "ExternalID"

- Company Name* -  This will match the Organization's name

- Date - This will be the date of the traffic for this line item

- Web Page Category - the text of the category this line item belongs to

- Web Page Name - The name of the page/item for the line item

- Traffic Count - This value will be entered into the traffic count field. It should reflect the total number of hits to the specific line item. This will reflect what shows up in the Activities section of the UR

- Serviced - This value will be entered into the serviced field. It should reflect the number of people who accessed a service at the site/application. This will reflect what shows up in the Serviced section of the UR

- Count - this value will be entered into the serviced field. It should reflect the number of unique people to access the site/application. This will reflect what shows up in the Count section of the UR

*Records will be matched by either Company ID or the Company Name. While both fields must exist in the file(but can be blank) it only requires one of them to validate.
