Creating a New Clinical Office Location

This document provides you with instructions on how to create a new clinical office location for a clinical resource:

  1. After selecting a clinical resource, click on the ‘Clinical Office Location’
    1. Click on the ‘Add’ button. This will open a box listing all of the existing clinical office
    2. Scroll through the list to see if this office location already
    3. If it doesn’t exist, click on the ‘New’ button to create a new office location.

       2. Enter in the contact information for the office under the ‘Details’ tab.

                 a. Click ‘Show in Scheduler’ if you wish to have this office available in the ‘Scheduler’ module.

                 b. Add ‘Accessibility’ options and ‘Office Hours’. These do not link to the ‘Scheduler’ and are for information purposes only.

                 c. 'Save and Close'.

       3. Scroll down and click on the new office location

                a. Click ‘Ok’.

       4. The new office is now added to this clinical resource.

                  a. Click ‘Save and Close’ to confirm the addition of this office or this clinical resource.

       5. This new office location is now available to other clinical resources who may share this
