Gain a transparent overview of used and remaining accounts for registering providers in Providerfiles. Stay informed, optimize your account usage, and enjoy seamless provider management.
Navigate to Integrations from the left-side menu navigation
Click on Providerfiles
Next, click on the Registration tab to review account information:
Selected Providers: This count reflects the number of providers who have activated the Online Access button in their profiles within EAP Expert Cloud, granting them access to the portal.
Max Providers: This represents the overall capacity of accounts for inviting providers to utilize Providerfiles.
Remaining Providers: This figure is calculated by subtracting the count of selected providers from the maximum providers, providing you with the current number of available accounts.
Feature Add-On: If you require additional Providerfiles accounts for your group, kindly contact your account manager for prompt assistance in increasing your account limit.
Utilize the Email Registration to Providerfiles button to promptly send invitations to one or more providers or group practices with profiles in EAP Expert Cloud.
Below, explore the historical log of all registration invitations sent to providers below.

Here are a few tips for using the registration area of your Providerfiles dashboard:
Confirm Viewing Permissions: Verify that your user account has the appropriate permissions to view historical registration information. If you cannot view or access specific data, check with your system administrator to confirm your access rights.
Utilize Export Options: If you need to work with historical data outside the software, check if an export feature is available. Exporting data can provide you with additional flexibility and analysis options.
Review Account Registration Limits: Confirm that you have not exceeded any account registration limits; please be aware of any constraints in your Providerfiles subscription or plan.
