Troubleshooting Information

Listed below are a few tips to assist with common import issues:

  • Check the File Format: Ensure the eligibility list is in the correct file format (e.g., CSV, Excel) as the software specifies. Incorrect formats can lead to import errors.

  • Validate Data Fields: Confirm that all required fields (e.g., first name, last name, employee ID, eligibility status) are present and correctly labeled. Missing or mislabeled fields can cause the import to fail.

  • Match Column Headers: Make sure the column headers in your import file match precisely with the headers specified by the EAP software. Even tiny discrepancies can cause issues.

If you're still encountering issues, contact the Service Desk for assistance. They can provide detailed guidance and troubleshooting steps specific to the software.
