Most web browsers store website information to speed up page loading times. However, cached data can sometimes clash with updated website code, leading to display or connectivity problems.
We suggest regularly clearing your cache to avoid these issues, especially if you encounter display or connectivity issues. When managing your cache or cookies, remember:
Cookies store user preferences on visited sites.
Cache retains parts of a webpage, like images or text, for faster loading.
While cookies expire after a set period, the cache remains in the browser until manually removed.

Clearing your cache in Chrome
To clear your browser cache in Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome
Click the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the browser
Click Clear Browsing Data…
In the dialog that appears, check the boxes for the information that you want to remove
Check the box for Cached images and files to clear your cache
If you’d like to keep your browser history and stay signed in to all other websites, uncheck your Browsing history and Cookies and other site data
Select All time from the drop-down menu to delete all of the selected types of information
Click Clear data

Clearing your cache in Edge
To remove your browser cache in Microsoft Edge:
Open Edge
Click the three horizontal dots at the top right corner of the browser
Choose Settings
Select Privacy, search, and services
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear
Adjust the Time range to All Time
Check the boxes next to the Cached images and files
If you’d like to keep your history and stay signed into your websites, make sure that Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data are unchecked
Click Clear Now
Clearing your cache in Firefox
To clear your browser cache in Firefox:
Open Firefox
Click the three horizontal lines at the top right corner of the browser
Choose Settings
Select Privacy & Security from the left panel
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
Select Clear Data…
Check the box for Cached Web Content
If you’d like to stay signed into websites, make sure the box for Cookies and Site Data is unchecked
Click Clear
Clearing your cache in Safari
To clear the cache in Safari, ensure that the Develop option is visible in your menu bar. To do this:
Open Safari
In the menu bar, click Safari > Develop
Click Empty Caches
