Here are steps to fix this.
1. Goto Tools -> Edit Model please see the attached image.

2. On Edit Model expand BOModel-> EAPExpert.Module.ClientFiles -> FileBase -> Owner Members. Please see the attached image.

3. Goto ServiceRequesterNotes node and click on it. Change AllowEdit to True on right side available options. please see the attached image.

4. Click on Save Button on top menu and close this Model Editor.Instructions
