Adding a checkbox to a form

Here are the steps:

  1. Right-mouse click on the form, select Customize Layout and then click ‘Add’

  2. Scroll down until you find a User Defined Check Box. Those that are not greyed out are available to use. Check the box of the one you will use

  3. Click ‘Ok’

4. Drag and Drop where you want to place it on the form

5. To rename the checkbox field, right-mouse click on it and select ‘Show Text’

6. Right-mouse click over the text that appears and select ‘Rename’

7. Enter the new label name and then right-mouse click and select ‘Hide Text’

8. Close the Customization box

 

Close the file when finished to confirm the change. For other users to see the new field, please Save & Distribute the Model File.
