Move an Existing Survey/Question Set Item

To move an existing Survey/Question Set item, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the ‘Survey/Question Set Design’ To open the one you would like to edit, double-click on it.
   
2. Right-mouse click in the form and select 'Customize Layout'.
   
3. Click once on the item/question you would like to move. You will see a dotted a line appear around the question.
   
4. With your mouse, drag and drop the question into the new position. When you see a black line or box, unclick your mouse to drop it in place.
   
5. Close the customization box.
   
6. Save and Close the module to confirm your changes.
